The authors
Krister Häll is a co-founder of The Good Guys kombucha brewery. His favourite kombucha is made with matcha-genmaicha (green tea with roasted brown rice) tea.
Kirsi Seivo works as a communications consultant. She tasted kombucha for the first time in 2018 and was sold immediately. Her favourite kombucha flavour is strawberry & basil.
