Jun kombucha is brewed with raw honey and green tea. Jun scoby is specialized in using raw honey for nutrients and brews very exquisite tasting kombucha with flowery and honey notes. Compared to traditional kombucha Jun brews much faster, typically in 2-5 days. Jun also ferments in lower temperature (21-25 Celsius).
